Well organised
Good knowledgeable facilitator with ample experience.
Need to work with the venue better to provide healthy snacks for training participants not just bowls of lollies for 3 days straight. Training is VERY intensive and everything possible should be done to support the participants.

Excellent service
I really struggled with the online learning part. I found I absorbed it much better by just reading the books. The exam simulators were useful though.
People at ILX were very helpful and willing to be of service at all times. The only downside was a bit of a confusion regarding my registration, but it was easily worked out.
Efficient
ILX has been accomodating with my busy schedule and this was appreciated. The course was well structured, and the instructor was fantastic!
