Good communications and fairly straightforward booking process. Perhaps arranging discounted hotel rates for course attendees may be a useful addition.
Prompt e-mail responses, and we very good when the course was cancelled and allowed me to extend so I could attend one near.
Company was brilliant, very easy to deal with and the entire process was hassle free.
Facilitator excellent. Staff response to issues excellent. However, i felt i was not encouraged to get on with the practitioner level course when facilitator said it would be a good idea to just get it done whilst all was fresh in my mind. Also, they took my booking and i didnt know i needed postal delivery of book. There was not enough time really. But all was well in the end, it all worked out fine.
It wasnt the most engaging lessons, the powepoints were pointless - we flicked over them so fast and barely got to actually cover the topics... and the tutor assumed we had a lot more knowledge than we did. So when we got a question wrong and asked why, the response was generally along of the lines of "because it is".

It was a very good course, I liked the trainer/facilitator and I think we were well prepared for both exams
Other than the payment issues prior to the course commencing this was a good service
The only downside was the trainer did tend to cause confusion in his explanantion sometimes, when actually we were learning in order to pass the test !

The teacher was excellent and the location was great.
Well organised, nice venue and good communication. Trainer was excellent, very knowledgeable and really good at explaining all parts of PRINCE2. Very patient and thorough.

The Practitioner course was very well delivered y Andy West.
Great framework and comprehensive but a lot to squeeze into a short space of time. Lacked logical flow in terms of workbook and textbook. Not a lot of time spent on tailoring elements.
Online courses were quite good, although becoming outdated, especially in terms of the user interface. The Practitioner online learning was insufficient in terms of learning for the Practitioner exam, I felt the in-person workshop was critical to my success.
The course and hand outs were really well organised, well planned course. Great venue.
