I booked my course via ILX's website at a particular date and location that suited my needs. Later on, when confirm my booking, I was told that the course I had been offered on the website wasn't actually available and I had to accept a different date and a different location (both inconvenient).
When I complained about this I was met with complete indifference and was just told that "there was a problem with the website".
In addition, when I received the information pack, the location of the course shown on it was yet a different one, not what I was told when confirming over the phone!
I found ILX's approach to bookings rather shambolic and unprofessional.
Samantha Klein was my learning adviser, I highly appreciate her input and support in the process.
I booked my exam online, turned up as instructed and was not expected. I received an apology but this still affected my frame of mind going into the exam.
All other aspects of the administration were good but my exam experience has brought the score down to 'poor'

Services provided have been excellent. They are very prompt with responses and the materials arrived promptly from the UK as well. Queries were answered promptly.
Support was very prompt and responsive. If there was a category between good and excellent, I would have ticked that. So Good ++!
Good course structure and an excellent facilitator.
I did my initial Prince 2 training and exams with ILX too ..and the Re-Registration as well recently. Very pleased with the Course material and the Services.
Although the Course Material should be tailored to the Re-registration / Practitioner type exam questions - according to the new exam style - very very important.
The survey said it would take no more than 15s and then make filling in comments mandatory.

Good in terms of customer service and clarity in instructions. The classroom setting for the course is well-fitted.
