Trainer was great.
I would like to say a big thank you to Chris our instructor, she was brilliant!
She had vast knowledge and could relate the material to real case scenarios which made the information go straight in.
The trainer was hands down the best example I've had since University, with an excellent manner, control of the room and feel for the required pace of learning adapting to different reactions at different points of the material.
The training was very good and informative.
Helpful and prompt response.
I thought the instructor was outstanding - one of the best I've had through all of my schooling and subsequent courses. I can't speak highly enough of him or the course.

Excellent course, the Tutor was very experienced in using PRINCE2 which added invaluable experience to the course
I thought the pre-course organisation was ok although clarification of details by email could have been improved. I sent about three emails to ensure my change of job and email contacts had been received and didn't cause any problems following my completion of Foundation and then subsequent enrolment in Practitioner. Aside from that the communication about the training course was great.

It took very long time to register for the final online exam without receiving any feedback.
If issues with the confirmation emails ending up in company spam folders are knows they should be highlighted in the beginning
I have taken all my qualifications with ILX and I have always found them to be very good and thorough.
Still yet to receive the textbook!
