The trainer (Bill) made this course enjoyable, interesting and I am sure the way he delivered the material helped me pass!
Efficient service
Good - admin was straight forward and I received my literature in time.
One comment about the trainer, who was very good: the trainer used the flip chart a great deal to depict very helpful diagrams and processes, however the diagrams were extremely small and too difficult to read. Better use of the enormous white-board would have been useful!

Room was poor - too small and quality of food was below standard.
booking was a nightmare. invoices weren't sent for months after a number of follow ups, the reading was sent a week before when materials say you should start reading at least 3 weeks before. I had to call about 6 times to sort out my booking. I shouldn't have to call at all.
Training material and online sessions were very helpful. Found the exam simulator and games a fun way to prepare for the exam.
Amanda, the training was excellent and she did a really good job. The course was very well structured. Although there was a lot to learn and so much to get through in the week, Amanda tought the course at a reasonable pace.
Course was really well run. Facilitator knew the material very well, and presented the course in a way that kept me fully engaged during the week.
