It was well compressed and the essentials of Prince2 were covered. For anyone who wants to get a good introduction as well as 2 certifications at the end 5 days - this course is definitely worth it

The trainer, Geoff Crooks, was excellent. Course content was fine, there was a lot to get through in 3 days. The manual could have been sent went the course was purchased.

It felt like there was no need to attend the class as I didn't learn anything more.
I thought the instructor could have done more to us as individuals. Advise on ability and less talk about off subjects would have been more beneficial.
Not very relevant to my industry
Jenny was very good, her background experience really gave credibility to the course and subject and I think she gave us every opportunity to succeed. The PRINCE2 practitioner exam format was however tough and unrealistic i.e. you could be a great PRINCE2 PM after this course but of failed because of a lack of experience in reasoning testing under time constraints.

The lessons were very informative, and the trainer, was fantastic.
I didnt realise there was an app and would have liked to use that to prepare. Also, more snacks would have been appreciated - fruit and savoury stuff as well as biscuits.
Overall a really great teaching/learning experience. I only picked 'good' because the pre-course customer service was a little poor. I had to push the staff to send out the prep material for the exams more than the prescribed 3 weeks before the course, only to then realise that I didn't receive all the information. I didn't receive any prep material for the practitioner course which, I feel, put me at a sever disadvantage.
