PRINCE2 6th Edition Syllabus Changes
A new version of the PRINCE2 guidance has been launched! All changes are a response to global feedback. The goal of this update is to accurately reflect project management best practice. This is the first update to the PRINCE2 methodology since 5th Edition.
Flexibility has always been a key feature of PRINCE2. Now, further emphasis has been placed on tailoring to organisations and project environments, which is seen in how PRINCE2 guides users through its 'themes':
- Tailoring PRINCE2 is now much more accessible.
- Tailoring has also been framed as a clear link between PRINCE2's themes and principles.
- Users have clear, practical tips on how to successfully adapt PRINCE2 in a way that maximises chances of project success.
