Classical training was organised well.
Online practice was great.
Exam on paper wasn't needed in my opinion could be a digital exam aswell.
The whole ILX experience was 1st class right from the beginning. All material was easy to use and the online tutorials were very clear and easy to navigate
de data van de cursus waren niet correct. in plaats van 6 keer op maandag was het 2 weken op maandag én dinsdag en daarna 2 weken alleen op maandag. Dat kwam eigenlijk helemaal niet uit en ik heb nu veel minder tijd voor te studeren.
The process of payment was easy. The attendant I spoke to when I needed assistance was very helpful as well. Thank you!

Found it too hard and complained after a day however was offered no refund so lost 1600 for nothing! **** experience
Booking was straight forward. Course was very intense and I think it could of been done over 5 days rather than 3.
Learning modules were good. However I found that the practice exam drew a lot of information from the text book, so you really had to read the textbook to get a good understanding of the content. The FAQ in the modules says that you don't necessarily need to read the textbook which is misleading. Also it's hard to find out through the eLearning what the format and pass rates are for the foundations exam. I had to go through google to find this.

The ILX Group Prince2 training was very good. The Sydney course trainer Manisha was fantastic, she was able to translate complex ideas into logical structures and ideas. Her training approach was excellent in helping me thoroughly understand Prince2 and I look forward to applying my new skills
The course was easy to follow and I got the support needed when required.
The Trainer had quite a few technical issues, this meant that he was unable to use his webcam for over three quarters of the course. The sound came and went, and in fact on the final day of the course it came and went over 5 times in the last hour. On more than 3 occasions the signal went altogether. The Delivery of the course by Steve under the circumstances was very good, But if you provide an online service I would expect a better and more reliable technical service
Service was good and professional
The delivery of the exam vouchers immediately after booking was helpful. I had everything I needed and was able to follow all instructions. I didn't need to contact the helpdesk at all.

The course was easy to book, all paper based materials were provided in good time and the online pre-course set expectations for the full 5 day course.
Some small typos and grammar errors in the course material. Some errors in the exam simulator. Reported those but they never did the effort to reply
