Saxon provided good tuition, the IXL was well round when understood, and the catering at the venue was excellent.
Venue was excellent, tutor knows his 'stuff'.
Not the most exciting tutoring style, but I'm also not sure how the make it more exciting either.

There were a couple of issues with courses being cancelled and the amount of work required for me to re-book the time off for the course
Would have liked the pre-work earlier (only got it a few days prior to start of course).

E-learning module was very good. Navigation around the Foundation module was intuitive. The Practitioner module was awkward to rewind in places. I suggest a simple rewind 30seconds button similar to those found on audiobook apps.
The training material was good. The trainer we had was good. Buffet that was provided was excellent

Very good pre-sales support. Logistics around the delivery of the training material poor (UPS). I sent a number of questions to the support email address stated in the training guide and did not reply a reply despite follow up - very disappointing.
I already completed a satisfaction survey at the end of the course so this further satisfaction review is a little confusing
I have taken 3 separate exams through ILX Group and all three occassions there has been a delay in sending out the material. For the Management of Risk exams I did not receive the material until a week before the exams!
