The e-learning tools were very good. I was hoping the course would have been more practical and included time to discuss how to apply Prince2 in the real world rather than simply preparation for the exam.

Unfortunately I didn't find out where the training was until very close to the start date. I had assumed it would be at the ILX premises and so booked a hotel close by only to find out it was the other side of London.
Excellent training materials, general communication good too. One issue, it took a long time to get confirmation of the location, and it was not in a town centre, which was my preference.
Experience was excellent, until mid way through my final exam, a large amount of noise from ILX offices above, disturbed me and impacted my concentration on the exam questions
I found the on-line learning complimented the Prince 2 book well and together there was enough variety to keep focussed and reinforce the learning
All materials arrived in good time. The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The course was given in person - I did not have that much contact with ILX.

Good offers on training
Would have been excellent but there were definately questions on the exam on areas we had not at all covered but we were led to beleive this would not be the case.
The advisor I spoke with was extremely helpful and helped me select the most appropriate method for learning. She also ensured that all my documentation arrived promptly even after being sent the wrong package in error. All questions were answered very quickly.
