Very well organised, great systems for managing students. Great materials.
Trainer is knowledgeable on Prince 2 topic and explained a lot of exam techniques. However the venue is the downside as it is fully occupied and unable for trainer to post the poster to explain concepts.

Lack of communicatiion was poor as regards course venue accommodation rates & confirmed booking of course, this needs to be confirmed earlier so participants can arrange rooms etc.
Suggestion: For successfull candidates, please print and send across these certificates to candidates as we are paying a lot and this small hassle for candidates can be avoided.
Very helpful service from information gathering on my part to booking the desired course. Jody was very helpful and swift to respond to any queries I had regarding the course. Pre course work was sent out in good time providing me with plenty of time to complete.

A smooth process
Ridiculous number of hoops to jump through online, signing up for this, that and the other. Not being able to book an exam without token or via email yet the facility via the website doesn't work. Copious amounts of time spent booking, logging on, signing up or sending information - people are busy at work and shouldn't have to waste so much time. Never come across an exam group like it
