The service was great but would have liked more time for scenarios
I was a late replacement for a colleague who had to drop out, ILX were very accommodating and enabled me to sit the foundation and practitioner over 2 separate weeks at short notice. Very easy to deal with.
However several exam questions were designed specifically to trick. I don't see the value in this. If the knowledge is there, the correct answer will be chosen. The deliberate attempts to confuse are not necessary.

Very good course structure, location and overall experience
I would have picked average as i did pass well in the end, however the course material did not relate to the end exam. The Foundation practise questions online were nothing like the actual exam paper, which made me flustered when i first started the exam for real. For the practioner paper, a lot of the questions in the real exam were on topics that didnt come up on the online course, nor the classroom course namely there were a few questions on Works Packages.
Disappointing that your course evaluation forms with marketing rather than improving the course. Displays what is important to the company.

I found the pre-course materials and learning portal to be very useful.
Organising the course was ok. The account manager was nice, helpful and accommodating. However, the joining instructions were missing from my pack and I had to get in touch to get those. Also no-one alerted PeopleCert that I was sitting two exams so I had to phone them and get it all sorted myself which was a bit stressful and took about an hour (which is significant during a hectic week of learning with homework!). I was not the only person in my group to whom this happened. Fortunately, PeopleCert work 24/7 and are very professional and helpful!
