We fell for rather high pressure salesman without thinking through what we wantedproperly so have spent an huge amount of money on a product whcih turned out to be only for one year of training

Initial sales guy, Tom, was great. The course materials were pretty good, not as good as the Cisco material but did the job well. The course was fantastic, Peter was an excellent, outstanding instructor.
