Great, organised and easy to deal with
I had to defer my course a couple of times, the company was easy to deal with.
The online training was really useful and well structured. It provided a great amount of detail and effective learning aids
The trainer was world class.
Facilities were fine, the same sandwichs everyday was a bit boring.
Great on-line material that made learning much more enjoyable. Helpful and polite admin staff. Efficient communication.

Why is there no box for ok or average? You can only choose Good or Poor.
The venue was great, the tutor was excellent the only thing I think you could have improved on was the food selection, but even then it was good.
I called the customer service team before the course for some advice, they were very helpful and professional, a pleasure to deal with. On the course our trainer Keith was amazing. His passion for the subject made it come alive through his use of clever practical examples to explain the subject matter. The whole week flew by and was very enjoyable. I was so taken with the whole experience that I've recommended it to other colleagues and have recommended they definitely go for ILX and Keith if they can. Well done.
The teaching was focused - the room itself was quite narrow and it would have been nice to be in a 'U' shape so i could have seen the other candidates a bit more.

I found ILX Group to be very helpful and responsive from the outset (through both telephone and email contact). They did what they would say they would do and on time.
The examiner was late. There was no clock in the exam room.
Booking process and communication was excellent. Course joining instructions received promptly!

I thought the online training portal was excellent, really outstanding quality. Loved the mock exam papers which helps you get into the mindset for taking the exam and gives you an accurate picture of where you are in terms of subject knowledge. Don't know why access is for 12 months only though: it focuses your mind re taking the exam but would it really matter to you if someone took longer ?
The hotel was great and the food was excellent. We were really taken care of well. I would have liked some more information on how to access some of the other products likes templates and the login for the ilx pages while I was in class however I am happy to contact you direct to get this info. Excellent course and will recommend ILX
