Well organized, nice facilities, easy to get to (I live in Manchester)
IT WAS ok
It took very long time to register for the final online exam without receiving any feedback.
If issues with the confirmation emails ending up in company spam folders are knows they should be highlighted in the beginning
I have taken all my qualifications with ILX and I have always found them to be very good and thorough.
Still yet to receive the textbook!

Course material, information and directions all very well organised.
I was very impressed with the ILX Group and it's representatives. They were very quick to respond to queries I had prior, and on the course they may me feel very much at ease.
Very little support - emailed tutor several times but never received an answer. Felt quite 'on my own' throughout the whole experience. Quite a few issues with the online materials.
Trainer was very professional and extremely knowledgable.
